Millions of Britons lose their hard-earned cash to con artists every year, but the fightback against fraudsters begins when the BBC's Scam Safe Week kicks off on Saturday.

A range of programmes, including Countryfile, Bargain Hunt and even EastEnders, will be covering the issue in special episodes, while Rav Wilding and his team battle swindlers in four episodes of BBC1's Scam Interceptors.
