There are tears of joy and panic and soaring stress levels as eight novices battle it out to make six couples’ dream weddings come true, with whoever impresses the most crowned ‘ultimate wedding planner’.

Judging their efforts over the course of the series are queen of crafting and Dragons’ Den businesswoman Sara Davies, First Dates’ maître d’ Fred Sirieix and wedding- industry expert and planner to the stars Raj Somaiya.
