The Hawaiian islands are famous for their stunning beauty, but the tumultuous history behind the now US state isn't so widely known.
That's about to change thanks to this new series, co-created by and starring Aquaman's Jason Momoa, which is based on true events and explores the attempt by warrior Ka'iana, played by Jason, at the turn of the 18th century to unify the four kingdoms of O'ahu, Maui, Kaua'i and Hawai'i.
