Written and directed by Uzo Oleh, 45-minute C4 film BETH centres on Joe (Long Bright River star Nicholas Pinnock) and Molly (Australian actor Abbey Lee), a married couple who have faced numerous IVF rounds and devastating losses in their attempt to start a family.

Then Molly unexpectedly becomes pregnant. But their hopes for the future are crushed when baby Imogen is born and bears no resemblance to her Black father. After five years of navigating this new reality, Joe finally decides to dig for answers, and he uncovers a staggering secret that could send shock waves across the entire world.
