Sumo wrestlers, a perilous suspension bridge and a stomach-churning bungee jump are just some of the challenges faced by father and son Bradley and Barney Walsh as the pair head to Asia for their ITV1 travelogue Breaking Dad.

Now on their sixth series, this time the daring duo begin in Tokyo, where thrill seeker Barney has lined up more high-octane activities for his long-suffering dad Bradley. Their travels culminate in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where they face their biggest challenge to date when they try to conquer the Anxiety State Crisis Cave, a 70m-deep limestone cavern popular with rock climbers.

Here, Bradley, 64, and Barney, 27, who also host BBC1's Gladiators together, share some of their highlights...

What can you tell us about your Asian itinerary?

Bradley We started off in Japan, experiencing the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka, and it was even crazier than I thought it would be.
