-
Who Do You Think You Are?
Tuesday, 9pm, BBC1
As the nation marks the 80th anniversary of VE Day this week, presenter Ross Kemp pays tribute to one of his ancestors who played his part in helping to defeat the Nazis.
The former EastEnders star grew up in Essex with the long-held family rumour that his great-grandfather Arthur Chalmers, known as Pop, had been shipwrecked while serving in the Merchant Navy. And in this week's Who Do You Think You Are?, Kemp finally gets to sort fact from fiction as he delves into Pop's remarkable life story.
