Running from 1989 to 1993, American sci-fi drama Quantum Leap, starring Scott Bakula as Dr Sam Beckett, became a cult classic thanks to its original concept of having Sam, a physicist experimenting with time travel, involuntarily ‘leaping’ into other people’s bodies at pivotal moments in their lives.

Now, in a reboot of the show,
