Written by former NHS doctor Grace Ofori-Attah, the first series in 2023 followed the case of a stressed A&E medic. Now, the drama moves to the psychiatric unit of a hospital, where we find on-call registrar Dr James Ford, played by Victoria's Tom Hughes, being pulled in different directions, in the new five-part series.
