When Colt Ford turned 55 in August, his best present was something he realized he didn’t want: “When I woke up, my wife, Megan, goes, ‘I’ll take you to Waffle House,’” recalls the country-rap singer. “And I said, ‘Nah, I don’t want to go.’ That’s when I knew I had won. I broke the habit.”
