Running a restaurant is no mean feat there’s the location, finance, marketing, legalities, budgeting and daily operations, not to mention the creative aspects like the menu, interiors and seasonal offerings. But if there’s one person who knows how to balance it all, it’s Nikhil Rochlani. Born and raised in Mumbai, Nikhil is what we’d call the perfect blend of a businessman and an entrepreneur.
Nikhil is a veteran in the restaurant space, and seeing how quickly he’s established some renowned brands despite having started out professionally just about a decade ago, it’s no surprise that he was born to do this. Currently, Nikhil is managing partner at Butterfly High, Kyma, Bigg Small Cafe + Bar and Mahesh Lunch Home, with outlets spread across the city, and he also consults with Thane Club and the Shiv Sagar Group in Mumbai, Pune and Mangalore.
