Discover timers done right

- Alex Blake

Apple's timers have long been limited, and even with recent updates that let you set multiple timers at once, there's a lot to be desired. TimeWave is far more capable, as it lets you set sequential timers that automatically activate one after the other. So, you could have a set of timers, with the first running for five minutes, then a second that starts when the first ends and runs for 10 minutes, and so on.

The app comes with pre-made timers for meditation, productivity, workouts, cooking and more. You can create your own in just a few taps, with plenty of customisable options. It also has a range of extras, from Live Activities and widgets to a logbook of your past timer use.

TimeWave's free tier is limited to the app’s pre-made timer flows. It offers a premium upgrade (which we'll cover here) that adds custom timers, more downloadable timers, interactive timer widgets and further customisation options.
