Lies, cheating rumors and a battle over money - Shannen Doherty's 11-year marriage blows up

It was a loaded statement, to say the least. When Shannen Doherty's rep, Leslie Sloane, announced on April 21 that the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum is ending her marriage to photographer Kurt Iswarienko, the wording was shocking. "Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted," Sloane began. "Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other option. You can contact Kurt's agent, Collier Grimm at PICTUREKID, as she is intimately involved."

Just how intimately involved, everyone started wondering. The not-so-subtle message implied that Kurt had been unfaithful to Shannen with his agent while the 52-year-old actress is battling stage 4 cancer. "We don't know the exact details yet, but we do know that Kurt broke Shannen's heart," a source tells In Touch. In court papers that reveal the former couple had separated in January, Shannen asks for spousal support from Kurt, while requesting that the court deny spousal support for Kurt, 48, should he ask for it. "Shannen is angry and wants Kurt to pay," says the source. "She's refusing to give him a dime. What he did to her was the ultimate betrayal."
