For 10 years, the tight-knit Dalton family – married couple Matt and Kate and daughters Holly and Millie – has been a linchpin of Gogglebox Australia, entertaining us with their quick wit and thought-provoking opinions as they comment on TV’s newest offerings. Here, Matt and Kate reflect on their 21-season run, what show gets them really fired up and being recognised in Australia and overseas.

How has the show changed your family dynamic over the years?

KATE DALTON I don’t think it’s changed. We’ve always had really good banter and a strong family dynamic, but I certainly think it’s brought us together. We’ve grown to know [Holly and Millie more] through all the conversations we’ve had on the couch.
