Things have taken a nasty turn as Sia and her estranged husband, Dan Bernad, point the finger at one another in court as they fight over the custody of their son. In legal documents obtained by TMZ on October 28, Bernad alleged that the Australian singer is a "serious and immediate danger" to 19-month-old Somersault Wonder Bernad, who they call "Summi", and requested full custody.
