NATURAL NOURISHMENT

Mini Choc Banana Loaves

SERVES 8

INGREDIENTS

3 large ripe bananas, mashed, plus extra for decorating

85g vegan butter replacement

100g coconut sugar

225g gluten-free flour mix

3 tsps baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 tblsps Pana Organic 100% Cacao Powder

135g Pana Organic Mylk Choc Buttons

METHOD

1 Heat oven to 200C. Mash 3 large ripe bananas with a fork, then mix well with butter replacement and sugar.

2 Add flour, baking powder, salt and Pana Organic 100% Cacao Powder. Combine well. Stir through the Pana Organic Choc Buttons.

3 Divide mixture between 8 mini loaf pans. Top with extra sliced banana if desired. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.

4 Allow to cool a little before removing from tin. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

INGREDIENTS

350g walnuts

100g shelled pistachios

½ tsp sea salt flakes

1 tsp ground cinnamon

100ml organic agave syrup, plus 2 tblsps extra

160g vegan butter (we use Nuttelex Buttery), melted

135g Pana Organic White Choc Chips

2 tbsp lemon juice

12 sheets filo pastry

4 tblsps coconut sugar

Pana Organic Vanilla Bean Frozen Dessert, to serve (optional)
