As a former Olympian, doctor, mother-of-six, speaker, author and sometimes TV host, you'd think Jana Pittman would be a dab hand at ‘the juggle’. But the 42-year-old admits even she was in over her head when she welcomed twins Quinlan and Willow in 2022.

“As a mama who has lots of babies already, I thought, ‘I've got this,” she says with a laugh. “It hit me like a ton of bricks. It’s just another level of parental responsibility.”

In two-part series Australia’s Most Identical, Pittman and fellow twin parent Scott Cam take a deep dive into identical twins — putting 100 pairs through tests to discover if some can truly be “more identical” than others.
