Chalk Hill Winery is uniting wine and music in an experience truly grape for the soul

There's a moment when a perfectly aged wine meets the perfect note - a fusion that awakens the senses to create an experience that extends far beyond flavour alone.

It's a feeling often confined to bars, pubs or dinner parties with friends. But the team at Chalk Hill Wines, in South Australia's McLaren Vale wine region, wanted to explore how they could tap into that sensation more intentionally.

By blending music with carefully selected wine pairings, they quickly discovered how flavour and sound could blur the line between memory, connection and how a certain bottle tastes overall. They've dubbed this the Sensory Odyssey Tasting Experience.

Ross McGachey, Chalk Hill's business development specialist, shares how the innovation has reshaped visitor connection to the winery.
