The house sits on more than a third of an acre of land in the Hollywood Hills.
Even celebs aren't immune to downsizing! Now that Zedd has settled into his ultraluxurious $18.4 million mansion (the pad was the priciest sale in Encino in 2023), the Grammy winner is parting ways with the earliest addition to his L.A. real estate portfolio. On Oct. 10, Zedd (real name Anton Zaslavski) listed his home in the historic Outpost Estates neighborhood for $5.495 million.
