Donald Faison talks to Us about playing a guy living with his fiancée and her ex-in Extended Family

The Things We Do For Love

Signing on to star on Extended Family (Tuesdays on NBC) was a no-brainer for Donald Faison. "Working with Jon Cryer has been a dream of mine - I was a fan of his when I was a kid. Pretty in Pink was my jam, and I wanted to be Duckie," the actor, 49, tells Us of his costar. Now "I try every way possible to get a laugh from him." Here, Faison dishes on the sitcom, based on the true story of two friendly exes sharing a roof for the sake of their children.
