Fans were stunned on June 12 when Pat Sajak announced he’d be stepping down as host of Wheel of Fortune next year after 41 seasons.
But according to an insider, some behind the scenes had a feeling his reign was about to end. “He’d come under fire for his gaffes and behavior toward contestants,” the source tells Us. “The feeling is it’s time for a change.”
