PRINCE HARRY looked chipper as he arrived at an Invictus Games event in London Sept. 10. He had every reason to be: Earlier that day, the 40-year-old had his first meeting with his estranged father, King Charles III, in 19 months, leading royal watchers to believe that reconciliation is in the works.
