DAYS: STEPHANIE'S EX ARRIVES

Chad and Stephanie’s relationship woes are kicked up a notch when a third party enters the picture: Everett. Stephanie’s ex-boyfriend from Seattle suddenly turns up on her doorstep, which comes as quite the surprise to her.

“Stephanie is paralyzed with shock,” says her portrayer, Abigail Klein. “She’s very confused, because he would be the last person she would think would show up at her door in Salem. The last she had seen of him was when they were together and happy in Seattle.”

That is, until things seemingly fell apart. “Things were going very well, and then Stephanie tried to get in touch with Everett and couldn’t. And she didn’t hear from him,” recounts Klein. “She thought that he had ghosted her. He basically fell off the face of the earth in her mind. So she had zero closure with him.”
