RUSSIA is ruthlessly waging a secret shadow war against the U.S. by unleashing hundreds of active sleeper cells hell-bent on damaging America’s vital infrastructure — including gas refineries and chemical plants, sources say.

A National ENQUIRER investigation has discovered about a dozen explosions and chemical spills have occurred across the country so far this year.
