Shark bite survivors sink teeth into club just for them

IT'S the organization no one wants to be a member the Bite Club, for of people who've survived a shark attack!

Aussie native Dave Pearson, 62, founded it after a bull shark chomped down on his arm and hand while he was surfing off the coast of New South Wales 14 years ago. Friends managed to pull him out of the water and used a tourniquet to try to slow the catastrophic bleeding from the limb, which was only barely attached to his body.

Although initially Pearson was elated he had survived, the psychological trauma soon hit hard.
