TRAGIC pageant princess JonBenét Ramsey's unsolved murder investigation was botched by Boulder authorities who mishandled crucial DNA evidence, alleges a Colorado lawyer working an unrelated homicide case.

Defense attorney Adam Frank — who represents Michael Clark, a suspect in the 1994 murder of Marty Grisham in the same city where JonBenét was slain nearly two years later — is seeking to review Boulder Police Department files regarding the first 48 hours of the Ramsey probe.

He maintains the records could prove that cops at the time were “woefully incompetent,” according to court documents.
