Reese Witherspoon's first husband, actor Ryan Phillippe, 50, was a teen heartthrob when they met. Her second husband, former talent agent turned streaming service exec Jim Toth, 54, is a Hollywood player behind the scenes. Now, more than a year after their divorce, the Oscar winner, 48, is dating a man in a different orbit: Oliver Haarmann, 57, a German private equity financier. "Granted, Oliver's rich, but he doesn't have the same baggage as LA men," insists a source.

"There's no Hollywood pretense or swagger. He isn't trying to pitch her a movie or get her to look at a script. And there aren't any skeletons in his closet or jealous exes." (Oliver's former wife, financier Mala Gaonkar, 54, is dating musician David Byrne, 72.)
