Canada's runway queen talks self-expression and her dad's love of royals

She eschewed body art for the love of her craft - “I didn’t do the tattoos, I didn’t do the piercings,” Coco Rocha tells us of her mantra as a model, “but let me play with my hair!”

Tapping into her passion, the Toronto native, 36 — who lives in New York City with her British husband, artist James Conran, and their three children (Ioni, 10, Iver, 7, and Iley, 4) - has partnered with OGX hair care to unveil its Mane Moments gallery in her hometown. The collection features iconic Canadians who love to experiment with hairstyles - a perfect project for Coco: “I always suggest people do something aggressive with their hair!”

She’s looking forward to sharing more advice this summer as host of the fashion competition series Project Runway Canada.
