Letizia, 52, looks breathtaking in a black strapless gown by Spanish label Balenciaga, featuring ruched details across the bodice and an A-line-style skirt.
The queen poses with a red satin shawl draped around her arms, also sporting a selection of stunning accessories.
Letizia, who gazes directly at the camera, is pictured wearing Queen Ena's Diamond Rivière necklace and diamond drop earrings, with her brunette hair styled in Hollywood-esque waves.
