FOR most of his life, Simon Cowell was a driven man, depressed and fearful of failure despite his TV hits The X Factor and America’s Got Talent, but now Mr. Nasty’s relaxed and cool thanks to therapy at the ripe age of 63.

Cowell says the final nail in his decision to beat his mental turmoil was the COVID lockdown, when he sank into a deep “state of anxiety” and saw friends also losing it.
