PICKLED Garrison Page - who was named Deputy of the Year for Georgia's Bibb County in 2019 was collared for DUI in the Peach State after the off-duty officer was spotted directing imaginary traffic! That's the word of authorities, who say concerned citizens saw plainclothed Page - now employed as a Houston County Sheriff's Office deputy - in the road near Skyview Elementary School in Lizella, making motions as if to control the flow of nonexistent vehicles.

According to the arrest report, an officer who arrived at the scene noted "intoxicated and incoherent" Page was slurring his speech, had an unsteady posture, reeked of booze and refused to take a breathalyzer test.
