STINKER Tuen Kit Lee - a Massachusetts fugitive dubbed the Bad Breath Rapist for his horrendous halitosis - was nabbed in the San Francisco Bay area after 16 years on the lam, authorities say.

According to the U.S. Marshals Service, the pungent perp was convicted in 2007 of kidnapping and raping a co-worker at knifepoint in suburban Boston - but vanished before his sentencing.
