After 14 years in Bel Air, Calf., The Morning Show’s Jennifer Aniston is moving to Montecito. The actress is looking forward to a quieter, safer and slower pace of life in the star-studded town located an hour and a half drive up the California coastline from Los Angeles.

For Jennifer, it’s a new beginning. “She always loved the Santa Barbara area,” a friend says. “It’s one of L.A.’s best-kept secrets. She’s always dreamed of living there. She’s so happy she purchased a home.”

Jennifer tore up the lawn below and replaced it with a new pool.

In 2022, Jennifer bought a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath Tuscan-style farmhouse from Oprah Winfrey. Since then, she has added a new pool, landscaping, and tweaked the interior of the 4,320-square-foot L-shaped main house. “If I wasn’t an actress, I’d want to be a designer. I love the process,” Jen told Architectural Digest. “There’s something about picking out fabrics and finishes that feeds my soul.” The star is said to like warm materials like stone and wood to create a home that feels luxurious as well as cozy and inviting.
