LVD LAUNCHES RICOBB TO BOOST BENDING EFFICIENCY

LVD Company nv has introduced Ricobb, a new collaborative cobot bending system that works seamlessly with all LVD press brakes installed since 2001.
Developed by LVD Robotic Solutions (LRS), LVD’s dedicated automation division, Ricobb is designed to help sheet metalworking companies increase bending productivity, address labour shortages, and move towards lights-out manufacturing. It also offers the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing production needs.
COMPACT, MOBILE, AND EASY TO USE
Ricobb is a compact, mobile cobot that’s simple to move, dock, and program. It can be up and running within just a few days. When deployed on a press brake, Ricobb takes over the bending of small, repetitive parts, freeing operators to focus on more complex work.
