As the Founder-Chairman of Scottish High International School, established 20 years ago, he champions world-quality education. His commitment extends far beyond the classroom. Dr. Saini formerly chaired Special Olympics India and the Unified Sports Advisory Board of Asia Pacific, impacting 35 countries. As a board member of Special Olympics International, Washington, he mentored 5.5 million athletes with disabilities across 177 nations.

Driven by a passion for inclusivity, Dr. Saini is pursuing his second doctorate in disability studies. His efforts have earned him accolades worldwide, including being honored as the “Forbes Educationist of the Year” at the UK House of Commons. A sought-after speaker, he has shared his insights at Oxford University, Keble College, Exeter College, and St Antony College, as well as at various international conferences, addressing youth empowerment, education, and inclusion.
