HUSKY DEMONSTRATES STRENGTHENED COMMITMENT TO ENABLING REGIONAL PRODUCERS AT PLASTINDIA 2023

Trade events are all about bringing together the industry for new experiences and ideas worth stealing. It provides a platform to promote a product or service to your target audience and provides an opportunity to meet existing and potential customers.
The 20th edition of IMTEX, organised by the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers Association (IMTMA) is such a platform. Inaugurated on 19th January 2023 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), IMTEX gave a platform to 980+ exhibitors from 23 countries to showcase their innovative products and services to around 90,000 visitors.
IMTEX 2023, covering 77,000sqm in five halls, was inaugurated by Kamal Bali, President & Managing Director, Volvo India Group and Gopal Subramanyam, Chairman, SKF India. Jamshyd N. Godrej, Chairman, Exhibitions - IMTMA, Ravi Raghavan, President, IMTMA, Rajendra S. Rajamane, Vice President -IMTMA and Jibak Dasgupta, Director General & CEO - IMTMA were also present at the inauguration.
Jamshyd Godrej in his welcome address reminisced about his association with late Vikram Kirloskar, the former Vice Chairperson of Toyota Kirloskar Motor. He added that although the pandemic put strain on business, the exhibition industry is back. Godrej said that IMTMA completed 75 years journey and will continue to support the machine tool and manufacturing industries while BIEC will support exhibitions, investor conferences and corporate events.
