-

AT THE AGE OF 90, YUZABURO MOGI, honorary CEO and chairman of the board of directors of soy sauce-maker Kikkoman, has just published a new book. Tips for Being a Lifelong Challenger, the English translation of the Japanese title, draws on Mogi's long career to teach lessons on business pertinent to today's Japan. "After Japan's bubble economy collapsed, lots of businesses failed, making people risk-averse and unaggressive. My message to the younger generation is that you can succeed—if you take risk properly," says Mogi.
