New Holland's new-generation tractors keep operating costs low while providing all the power and precision a farmer needs, writes Jaco du Preez, the company’s marketing manager for Southern Africa.

New Holland’s big tractor range contains three series, the T9-, Genesis® T8-, and the T7 HD, which are all fitted with the PLM Intelligence™ system (precision land management system with intelligence).
The T7 HD series is the latest addition to this big segment and boasts New Holland’s latest Stage V technology.
One of these models, the T7.315 HD tractor, uses the ECOBlue™ HI-eSCR 2 (selective catalytic reduction) system to reduce exhaust emissions. This innovative aftertreatment system is a maintenance-free solution that keeps operating costs low.
The Auto Command™ continuously variable transmission (CVT) contributes to efficient operation, with many other standard benefits, such as cab and front suspension, LED lights, high hydraulic flow, high lift capacity, and the Blue Power paint and design package.
