Egypt's total agricultural exports have reached around 7,5 million tons so far in 2025, according to Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation in Egypt.

This constitutes an increase of 650 000t compared with the corresponding period in 2024.

Egypt Today reported that this data came from a report by Mohamed El-Mansy, head of the Central Administration for Agricultural Quarantine.

The report also showed that Egypt's top agricultural exports included citrus (with over 1,9 million tons exported this year) and fresh potatoes (with more than 1,3 million tons exported in 2025).
