According to the China Offshore Energy Development Report 2024, global investment in offshore oil and gas exploration and development reached approximately USD 209.6 billion in 2024, marking four consecutive years of growth with an average annual growth rate of 11%. In 2025, this investment is expected to rise even further, reaching USD 220 billion, with the Asia-Pacific region showcasing some of the most exciting opportunities.
To capitalize on these developments, the 25th Offshore Asia Pacific Summit FPS Malaysia 2025 (OAP2025) will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from February 24th to 25th, 2025. The summit will provide a premier platform for industry leaders, policymakers, and technical experts to explore the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the region's offshore oil and gas sector.
