AI agents will totally change teamwork and collaboration in ops

At the Dataquest Digital Leadership Conclave in New Delhi, Udai Singh, President - GenAI Initiatives, NIIT, shared valuable insights on the future of talent development in the Al-driven world. His session, titled "Better, Faster, Cheaper, Safer: Talent Development in the Age of AI," focused on how AI is revolutionizing workforce training and learning methodologies.

AI-POWERED LEARNING: A PARADIGM SHIFT

AI has made such a difference to learning and skill development, says Udai. "Most of the things we tried people did not let us do as they thought it was beyond technology to implement, but with the help of this technology it is actually happening now," he said. The emergence of AI enables a better, faster, cheaper, and safer learning experiences that allows for reshaping of workforce training on the global scale.

From his talk, one of the key takeaways was that although AI involves simple natural language recognition, now it has gone beyond this to multilayer one which means it can be broader used on education and professional training. “Technology is becoming very cheap, rapidly, costs have fallen over 90 per cent in the past two years.” He noted that AI supported learning solutions are now available at a fraction of the previous costs, and therefore are now available to a larger audience.
