Aurika Group, a new-age real estate development firm, has announced a Rs 220 crore expansion plan to strengthen its presence across Uttar Pradesh's Tier-Il cities. The investment includes a 150-key serviced suites project in Ayodhya (in partnership with Best Western Hotels) and a premium villa community on a 5.50-acre site in Bareilly, reinforcing its commitment to strategic growth in emerging urban hubs. The group has received RERA for 2 Projects in Bareilly and 1 Project in Ayodhya.
