A MEETING OF MINDS

As real estate & infra projects grow in scale and complexity, the need to harness data for smarter, faster, and more efficient outcomes has never been more critical. People invited to the Round Table included Suvojit Basu, VP, sales & CRM, BCD Group; Ravi HB, head, project management, India operations, CapitaLand; Ajaz Ahmed, COO, Concorde; Indrajit Kembhavi, founder and managing partner, Kembhavi Architecture Foundation; Prem Kumar, senior manager, projects, Khatib & Alami; Arvind Singh, chief technology & product officer, executive VP, IT, Puravankara; Atirek Kumar, VP, strategy, Sattva; Indupuri Nanajee, president, technical, Sumadhura Group; and Shubham Mukherjee, country sales manager, India, Autodesk Construction Cloud. The session was moderated by Construction Week India Editor Jayashree Mendes, with technology insights led by Autodesk's Shubham Mukherjee and Yash Vyas.

Opening the evening, Shubham Mukherjee from Autodesk highlighted how companies that have embraced digital transformation are already seeing gains in productivity, quality, and profitability. Yet, the broader industry continues to grapple with fragmented systems, disjointed data, and a lack of integrated platforms.

“Digital transformation is not just about tools—it's about the mindset shift and aligning teams, processes, and technology to move forward together,” Yash noted.
