The session was moderated by Construction Week India Editor Jayashree Mendes, with technology insights led by Autodesk's Shubham Mukherjee and Yash Vyas.
Opening the evening, Shubham Mukherjee from Autodesk highlighted how companies that have embraced digital transformation are already seeing gains in productivity, quality, and profitability. Yet, the broader industry continues to grapple with fragmented systems, disjointed data, and a lack of integrated platforms.
“Digital transformation is not just about tools—it's about the mindset shift and aligning teams, processes, and technology to move forward together,” Yash noted.
