The 22nd edition of the Smart Office Summit unfolded on March 21st in Mumbai, reaffirming its status as a premier knowledge-exchange platform for India's commercial real estate, workplace design, and facilities management community. Hosted by ITP Media Group, the evening brought together over 150 decision-makers—architects, designers, developers, and corporate real estate professionals—for an insightful exchange on how India's workplaces are evolving in sync with global trends, sustainability imperatives, and technological shifts.

The event opened with a welcome address by Bibhor Srivastava, Managing Director - Events, ITP Media Group, who set the tone by underlining the conference’s growing role in shaping dialogue around India’s dynamic office ecosystems. This was followed by an industry address by Shruti Dalvi of dormakaba, who highlighted the importance of integrated access solutions in securing and future-proofing intelligent workspaces.
