Sustainability and ultra-luxury coexist and, when thoughtfully integrated, enhance the guest experience. In today's luxury hospitality, sustainability is a core principle, not just a buzzword. Initiatives like our urban Aquaponics Farm at Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford show how eco-friendly practices provide fresh, high-quality produce while supporting local sustainability goals. Recently, we also added vanilla cultivation to our farm, offering guests fresh, organic vanilla grown on-site instead of artificial extracts. The fusion of sustainability and luxury creates a richer, more meaningful experience, where innovation, respect for the environment, and celebration of local culture redefine what it means to be truly luxurious.

How does your hotel chain address unique and personalised experiences among luxury travellers?

While technology and AI enhance efficiency, the essence of luxury hospitality lies in our people. Personalisation goes beyond data and automation—it's about human connection, intuition, and anticipating needs before they're expressed.
