The ongoing merger between Aster DM Healthcare and Quality Care India (QCIL) has been a pivotal focus area. “The most defining financial strategy we've led over the past year is the ongoing Aster DM Healthcare and QCIL merger, backed by Aster’s promoters and Blackstone. This represents one of the largest consolidation efforts in India’s healthcare sector, and once completed, has the potential to establish one of the top three hospital chains in the country,” Dhaddha explains.
