We both had an adventurous bucket list of wild ideas we wanted to do together, one of which was to go gator hunting at night off an airboat.

So, we took a gamble our first year together and applied for some gator tags to see what happened.

That first year we ended up getting tags, and even though no one taught us how to hunt, we felt confident after watching hours of YouTube videos that we could figure it out.

A little cumbersome, and trying every method we learned about, that first catch was so exhilarating.

It was such a rush of adrenaline and excitement that we couldn't wait to do it again.

This experience motivated us to get an airboat to be able to explore areas where our small boat couldn't go.
