SUVs come in all shapes and sizes and more importantly, they are now offered in a range of powertrain options. One such example is the Nissan Magnite. It has always been an SUV in its own right but its less powerful 1.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine lacked the convenience of an automatic. Nissan has now rectified that by introducing an AMT (Automated-Manual Transmission) with this engine, the combination of which makes the Magnite behave like a first-row student.
