2025 TOYOTA FORTUNER LEGENDER NEO

The Toyota Fortuner has stood as a symbol of rugged durability and no-nonsense performance on Indian roads. For years, it has been the go-to SUV for those seeking a dependable, ladder-frame vehicle that could take on city streets and mountain passes with equal ease. Now, in 2025, Toyota has introduced a new twist to the Fortuner's familiar setup, the Fortuner Neo Drive 48V. A mild-hybrid version of its popular 2.8L diesel SUV. But does this latest addition bring meaningful change, or is it simply a small knickknack to be part of the growing hybrid crowd?

imageDimensions, Interior Styling and Boot Space

We got to drive the Legender, the second and premium-most variant of the Fortuner lineup, and there have been no significant changes in styling or dimensions apart from the 360-degree camera placements on the exterior. It is practically the same Fortuner with an added Hybrid setup mated to its reliable diesel powertrain. So the dimensions, space and functionality of the Fortuner remain as it is. It is 4795 mm long, 1855 mm wide and 1835 mm tall with a wheelbase of 2745 mm and runs on 17 or 18-inch wheels, depending on the variant. The boot space on the Fortuner Legender is 296 litres with all three rows up, and if you use your Fortuner as a 5-seater, you can fit in more than a considerable amount of stuff in the boot without any issues.
