THIS NEW BLACK BADGE SPECTRE JUST happens to be the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever built. And it’s been built specifically for the most thrusting of R-R clients. Owners apparently allowed Rolls’ engineers access to hundreds of thousands of miles of their anonymised driving data, leading to this latest electric Spectre with 650bhp and a massive 793lb ft of torque (up from 576bhp/664lb ft in the standard version of the car).
