Having spurned a chance of getting my name down for the new BMW M2 CS, on reading your first drive (22 October) it looks like I might have made a bad decision. You so rarely award five-star ratings.
My conundrum was that there was to be no manual version. I have owned since new an F87-generation M2 CS manual and I would have had to part-exchange it to afford the new G87 model. Not knowing how a car might turn out (and CS iterations don't always hit the sweet spot), I felt the risk was too high without seeing any reviews first.
